Welcome to the Web site of the Westview Park Improvement & Civic Association (WPICA), a non-partisan, non-commercial, and non-profit organization. Westview Park is a residential community of over 1800 homes located in southwest Baltimore County in the township of Catonsville, Maryland.

Our community was developed in the late 1950s, and our organization was formally recognized by Baltimore County and the State of Maryland when the residents of this community adopted its Constitution and Bylaws in February 1961.

WPICA is comprised of an elected President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Sergeant-at-Arms, and 12 Board of Governor positions. All elected members are homeowners and any Westview Park resident in good standing (current with dues paid) can be elected to a 2-year term.

Our mission is to represent the community and work for the mutual benefit and civic needs of the community. We promote neighborhood involvement and work aggressively to improve the quality of life in our community, while improving and maintaining the value of our homes.

Westview Park is proud to have a crime watch program called Citizens On Patrol (COP) and the current coordinators are Jackie Lynam. If you wish to get involved, please contact Jackie at 410.788.8969.
